Product Description
WT-5830 is a high-performance water-soluble resin-free color paste from DENSON's premium WT series. The resin-free formulation delivers best-in-class chemical resistance and outstanding compatibility with both pure water-borne systems and water/solvent co-existing water-soluble baking enamels.
This P.Y.83 grade with 25% pigment content provides disazo golden yellow, red-shade, good weather resistance. Heat resistance up to 210°C, light fastness grade 7, and migration resistance grade 5 ensure reliable performance in demanding automotive and industrial coating environments.
Recommended Usage
Dilute the color paste with mineral water at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio (paste:water), then add the diluted paste slowly into the coating system while stirring. This method ensures optimal gloss development and maximum compatibility with the resin system.
