Polyether Polyol Color Pastes for Polyurethane

PUE series is a colorant system specifically designed for polyurethane systems, featuring high compatibility with polyurethane materials and stable dispersion. It performs reliably across multiple polyurethane applications: polyurethane adhesives (no interference with adhesion, curing speed or bond strength), chemical-resistant flooring (stable coloring without affecting wear and weather resistance), polyurethane foam and memory foam (uniform coloring during foaming without disrupting cell structure), turf backing elastomer (UV-resistant black coloring with strong adhesion), and polyurethane pultrusion (stable dispersion in continuous production without affecting forming flow).

Conventional Colors (13 Grades)

Standard organic and inorganic pigments with pigment content from 15% to 30%. Suitable for PU adhesives, flooring, foam, turf backing and pultrusion.

Fluorescent Colors (12 Grades)

High-visibility fluorescent pigments for safety markings, sports surfaces and decorative polyurethane applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

What carrier is used in PUE color pastes?

+

Polyether polyol, providing excellent compatibility with polyurethane systems including adhesives, foams, elastomers and coatings.

Do PUE pastes affect polyurethane curing or adhesion?

+

No, PUE series is formulated to not interfere with curing speed, bond strength, or foam cell structure formation.

What applications are PUE pastes suitable for?

+

Polyurethane adhesives, chemical-resistant flooring, polyurethane foam and memory foam, turf backing elastomers, and polyurethane pultrusion.

Does PUE series include fluorescent colors?

+

Yes, PUE offers 12 fluorescent grades including lemon yellow, orange, red, magenta, pink and purple red for high-visibility applications.

Are PUE pastes suitable for outdoor applications?

+

Yes, selected grades offer good UV resistance and weather stability, particularly for turf backing elastomers and outdoor flooring.

What is the pigment content range of PUE series?

+

Typically 15% to 30% for conventional colors and 15% for fluorescent colors, depending on grade.
