Product Description
WT-5177T is a nano-scale high-transparency water-soluble resin-free color paste from DENSON's premium WT series. The resin-free formulation delivers best-in-class chemical resistance and outstanding compatibility with both pure water-borne systems and water/solvent co-existing water-soluble baking enamels.
This P.R.177 grade with 35% pigment content provides nano transparent anthraquinone red, deep bordeaux metallic effect, automotive grade. Heat resistance up to 240°C, light fastness grade 8, and migration resistance grade 5 ensure reliable performance in demanding automotive and industrial coating environments.
As a nano high-transparency T-grade, this product is specifically designed to be blended with metallic pigments (aluminum flakes, pearl pigments) to create automotive metallic paint effects, candy coats, and transparent color layers with exceptional clarity and depth.
Recommended Usage
Dilute the color paste with mineral water at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio (paste:water), then add the diluted paste slowly into the coating system while stirring. This method ensures optimal gloss development and maximum compatibility with the resin system.
